Before you inquire.

Which areas do you serve?

Christmas environments are installed across Washington DC, Maryland and Virginia from our base in Bethesda, including Potomac, Chevy Chase, McLean and Great Falls. Gifting through the Appreciation Collection is delivered nationwide.

Do you provide the trees and décor?

Yes. We design and source each environment, from trees and garland to lighting, ribbon and finishing details. If you have pieces you love, mention them in your inquiry and we will advise on bringing them into the design.

Can you install outside business hours?

Yes. For workplaces, lobbies and buildings we can schedule installation outside business hours where needed, so your guests and teams only ever see the finished space.

Do you take everything down after the season?

Yes. In January we strike the installation carefully and leave the space as we found it. Storage can be arranged as part of your proposal.

How is pricing determined?

Every environment is proposed individually. Scope, space, quantities, location and timing all shape the proposal, so we begin with a short conversation about your needs rather than a fixed package.

When should we start planning?

We recommend beginning holiday planning early. Production and installation schedules vary by scope, quantities, location and availability. Timelines are confirmed with each proposal.

Are you insured?

Yes. Curator Atelier is fully insured, and certificates of insurance can be provided to building management on request.
